Two friends looking to move from the south up to the north. Relatively flexible on most however do require good internet and access to rail network easily. Putting the feelers out there currently for Sheffield, Leeds or Wakefield area.
Would be looking for seperate bedrooms, male and female working professionals. Male will be home most of the time, female works away so only there as and when.
Female is a landlady herself but moving up north to be closer to her partner, still early days so wont move in with him.
