34yo Accountant seeking clean & friendly flatshare

I am a 34-year-old Australian Chartered Accountant who recently relocated to London. I am currently employed full-time, working 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday from a co-working space (I prefer to work from an office rather than from home).

Outside of work, I tend to start my weekends with a trip to a cafe to do some reading, and I am very partial to a trip to the pub or a live gig. To keep fit, I enjoy going for runs and I also study Spanish as a hobby to keep the mind sharp.

I am seeking a functional, organized flatshare with similarly established professionals. I have lived in share houses for 15 years and enjoy having a chat with my housemates after work while maintaining my own independence.
