Hi, I'm Pantelis, a 29-year-old chef working in Notting Hill.

I'm currently looking for either a room in an existing house share or to buddy up with the right person and find a great property together.

As a housemate, I'd describe myself as friendly, tidy, respectful, and independent. Working as a chef means my schedule can vary from week to week, so I appreciate living with people who understand that hospitality hours aren't always the typical 9-to-5. On my days off, I enjoy relaxing at home, listening to music, cooking, meeting friends, and making the most of my free time.

I'm looking for a social home where people are comfortable having a chat, sharing a meal or drink occasionally, and generally getting along, but not a house that's centred around parties every weekend. I enjoy having friends over from time to time and appreciate a good balance between socialising and respecting each other's personal space.

My budget is up to £1,200 per month including bills, and I'm flexible on location as long as I can comfortably cycle to Notting Hill for work.

Ideally, I'd like to live with no more than three housemates who are clean, considerate, and treat the house as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
