Looking for room to rent

Hi, I hope you're doing well.

I’m getting in touch regarding the available room/flat. My name is Finn Froud, I’m currently 19 (turning 20 in July) and I’m a 2nd year Business student at the University of Strathclyde, going into my 3rd year.

I’ve recently moved out of my previous flat in Dennistoun as my flatmates are going abroad, so I’m now looking for a new place to stay for the duration of my studies. I also work part-time in a bar in Glasgow city centre, so I have a steady income alongside my student funding.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and I’m ideally looking to move in as soon as possible.
