Seeking clean household double room

Hi, recently separated from a 21 year marriage.
Left a 19 year career in the Army in August. I work at Exeter St Davids as a trainee Train Driver, I'm a respectable, clean and tidy gym enthusiast.
I work shift work consisting of day and late shifts.
I don't smoke but I do vape, however, I would respect house rules and vape outside if required
Ideally looking for something self contained but will consider all options
