Looking for Room in Property with Live-In Landlord

I'm a friendly, tidy and respectful young professional who wants to make my dream of living in London a reality. I am excited to explore the city, make new friends and discover new interests. I like to occasionally have one or two friends over but am not into having house parties or socialising with large groups of people. I also enjoy playing guitar and singing but am very mindful of not disturbing others so would never do this at unsociable hours.

I'm looking for a room in a house or flat, preferably with a live in landlord who is clean, friendly and helpful. It would be great if we shared some interests and enjoyed socialising with each other, but I do also value alone time so this would not be a deal breaker.

I currently work from home and have a set up with a laptop and monitor. I would like somewhere other than my room that I could set up my equipment and do my job, which involves making and taking phone calls at points during my work day, which is from 9am-5:30pm.

If I sound like someone you would be happy to live with I'd love to hear from you and arrange a viewing. Viewings and move ins would have to be done at the weekend due to my job but there is no specific timeframe for my move so I can work with what fits best for you.
