Hi, I’m Mason, a full-time professional working 9–5 in Leeds city centre.

I’m looking to move around January 2027, so I’m starting my search early to find the right place and potentially meet people interested in buddying up.

I’m looking for either:
• A room in an existing flat/house share from January 2027, or
• One or more people to buddy up with and find a place together.

Ideally I’d like to be within around a 30-minute walk of Wellington Place (near Leeds train station) or somewhere with an easy train commute via Burley Park or another nearby station.

A bit about me:

• Full-time professional working in accounting
• Sociable and easy-going
• Enjoy going to the pub, meeting friends, and making the most of Leeds
• Like cooking and would happily share the occasional meal or drink with housemates
• Fairly active and enjoy working out
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Looking for a friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep

I’d ideally like to live with other sociable professionals who enjoy having a chat and the occasional pub trip while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

I’m open to different areas, including the city centre, Burley, Headingley, Kirkstall, Meanwood, or anywhere with good transport links into Leeds.
