A room in London - Professional, easy going tenant

Hi, I'm Jay, a 31-year-old professional based in East London. I've been in my current job for nearly five years.

I'm looking for a room in a house or flat share with a relaxed, respectful atmosphere. I'm not a party person, I value a clean, calm home environment and I'm considerate of shared spaces. I tend to keep to myself but I'm friendly and easy to live with.

A bit about me: I'm into fitness, music, and fashion. I work full-time in an office so I'm out during the day, and I'm generally pretty low-maintenance as a housemate.
I'm looking for somewhere I can genuinely settle into, not just crash. Ideally a house or flat with housemates who are similarly professional and respectful of each other's space.

What I'm looking for:
Ideally a double bedroom with an ensuite (or private bathroom)
Bills included preferred, but open to either
Clean, well-maintained property
Housemates who are friendly but respect personal space
Good transport links (particularly to central/east London)
