Student Looking For Summer and Further

Hi, I'm Elijah, a 22-year-old Architecture student at UCL looking for a room in London from June onwards. I'm hoping to stay in London over the summer to continue working on university projects and prepare for my second year.

I'm clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy keeping a tidy home and am generally quite busy with university work, although I'm always happy to be friendly and social with housemates. I'm looking for a comfortable, relaxed household and have lived with all mixed and all female accomodation.

Ideally, I'm looking for a long term tenancy of around 12 months and would be happy to arrange viewings at your convenience.
