Professional house share wanted

Hi! I'm Jasmine, a 21-year-old professional looking for a settled room in a friendly, calm house share in Cheltenham for 12 months.

I'm about to start a full-time, one-year role in corporate finance. Ideally I'd love a quiet, tidy household — I work full-time (occasionally from home), so a calm space to focus during the week matters to me, as does relaxing in good company in the evenings.

As a housemate I'm quiet, clean, respectful of shared space and non-smoking. I keep to myself when needed but am happy to be sociable too. I'm reliable with rent and can provide references, including confirmation of my role.
