Professional MSc Student Seeking Room in Hoddesdon

I am looking for a single room in a shared house in Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, or nearby areas from July onwards.

I am an MSc student at the University of Hertfordshire and currently work part-time at Sainsbury's Hoddesdon Petrol Station. Due to my early morning shifts, I am looking to move closer to work.

I am a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant who respects shared spaces and enjoys a peaceful home environment. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.

My ideal room would have access to kitchen and laundry facilities, and I am open to living with both professionals and students.
