My name is Rázvan, I am 23 years old, a working professional, and I’m looking for a spare room to rent. I’m a friendly, respectful, and tidy person who gets along easily with others. I keep my living space clean, pay bills on time, and am very responsible when it comes to my home and surroundings. In my free time, I like to keep busy, and I’m quiet and considerate towards those I live with.

I am looking to move around 6th- 7th June 2026, as my current rental contract is expiring. I am currently based in East Croydon, but I am searching for a room anywhere within or near London, areas like Leyton and surrounding neighbourhoods are preferred, but I am open to other suitable locations too.

Important note: I have a work vehicle that I use every day for my job, so I require a parking space available at the property.

My budget is £600 per month.
