I am a single 29 year old male looking for a double en suite room / studio flat to rent in preferably Whitstable but I am open to surrounding areas…

I am looking to move in ASAP and can provide deposit / guarantor as soon as possible.

I always pay rent on time and am very tidy.. I can provide reference from current landlord.

I don’t really have preference about age or gender of housemates..

I don’t drink or smoke and I’m fitness orientated ... that being said I don’t really have an issue if housemates drink or smoke..

I am not usually in too much as i spend a lot of time either in gym and training as i am a part time Personal Trainer..
