Professional male seeking flatmate in Southampton

Hello! I'm Gavin and I'm a 53 year old IT professsional from Southampton.

I'm currently going through a divorce so I'm looking for someone who needs a flat mate for at least 6 months. My house sale is due to complete at the end of August so I'd be looking to move in earlier that month.

I work from my Winchester office twice a week but the rest of the time, I work from home so would need a landlord who is happy with that, ideally with a place where I can work from. I also have a couple of weekend jobs that keep me busy too.

I am clean, tidy and house trained. I'm also a fairly chilled sort of guy, honest, reliable, and DBS checked for added peace of mind.

Ideally looking for a homely and relaxed environment with friendly person or persons in Eastleigh, Bitterne, or Winchester but any area around Southampton considered.
