Astronomy researcher seeking friendly house share

I am an astrophysics postgraduate researcher, starting a PhD this autumn in the Guildford area. I am looking for a sociable house share with other young professionals or postgraduates, ideally to the east of the town centre.
I have lived in shared houses for years and am a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate, keen to contribute to keeping communal spaces tidy and to do my bit for the household.
Outside of work I am very keen on spending time active and outdoors - most weekends involve hiking or running in any weather and I regularly swim, climb and go to the gym during the week. I am also very musical and keen to join a choir or a band locally and to discover new theatre and live music opportunities when I can.
