Room Wanted – Barnstaple / North Devon

Hi,

30-year-old working part-time in central Barnstaple. I’m looking for a long-term room within a respectful shared house.

I work reliably and have stable income. I also have my own transport (moped), so I’m flexible on location within reasonable commuting distance of Barnstaple.

I’m tidy, considerate, and easy-going. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle long-term rather than short stays.

Budget: £450–£550 per month (ideally bills included)
Move-in: ASAP / flexible
Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas (Fremington, Bickington, Landkey, etc.)
