31 y/o (F) looking for a room to rent!

I’m Abi, a 31 y/o from London. I work in philanthropy fundraising for a university (previously for art galleries and museums) and am looking for a room to move in from July onwards but am flexible with dates.

A bit about me: I’m a social, bubbly and outgoing person who loves collecting hobbies. Interests include art, museums, good coffee, crochet, embroidery, hiking, skating, yoga (I also teach it!), reading and have recently started trying to get into running. I’m definitely not a party girl and enjoy staying in and having my own space, just as much as going out and socialising - it’s all about balance. And fyi, I normally only work from home 1/2 days a week.

In terms of how I live, I am very tidy - the kind of person who always does the dishes as soon as I’ve used them and would appreciate flat mates who do the same. I’m respectful of myself and others and am looking for a home not a house. It’d be nice to have a coffee/chat in the kitchen or get a takeaway together sometimes - if we’re living together, it’s nice to get on and not just be strangers to each other.
