Looking for a room in NW1 for me and my cat

Hi there,

I am looking for a room in Camden.

I would prefer the room to be unfurnished, but can accept furnished. No ground floor/basement, no north-facing, please. Move-in date negotiable, budget £1050 pcm incl bills.

I will be the only tenant, female in my 30s, I just finished my phd in UCL, currently work part-time, looking for full time academic job. I work on weekends so my room will be super quiet then.

I am moving because I want to stay closer to UCL, so I can do some academic work when I am not at my part-time job. I now live in East London so it is a bit painful traveling to Euston...

About my cat: He is a 3-year-old boy. He stays in my room only, vaccinated neutered microchipped, trained for cat litter. He never caused any problem in my current house-share.
