Short let wanted — N16/E8/N4 — professional

Hi, I'm Julia, 35-year-old South African creative, back in London for the summer for work, and looking for a room from late June through to the end of October (roughly 4 months).

I'll be working in immersive theatre (set and prop fabrication) so I'll be out of the house most days and generally pretty low-key when I'm home. Think: reading, drawing, cooking something decent, or heading to the pub for a pint. I lived in London until last December so I know the city well, I'm just not looking for a long-term lease this time around.

I'm ideally after something in London Fields, Hackney, Stoke Newington, Manor House or anywhere in that general north/east pocket. Warehouse conversions a bonus but honestly just after a good house with good people.

Budget is up to £750/month including or close to bills. No pets of my own , totally fine with yours.

I'm reliable, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Happy to provide references. If you've got a room coming up or know someone who does, please get in touch , I'd love to hear from you.
