Looking for room/studio

Hi,

I'm a 39-year-old full-time employee with Harrow Council looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home.

I'm ideally looking for an en-suite room with bills included and access to parking, or somewhere where I would be eligible for a resident parking permit. A room with at least a bed and wardrobe would be ideal, although I'm flexible on furnishings.

I'm clean, respectful, and considerate of other people's space. I'm naturally quite shy at first, but once I get to know people I'm friendly and easy-going. I enjoy a balance between being sociable and having my own space, so I'm looking for a home that is relaxed and comfortable rather than a party house.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing rugby, going to the gym, exploring new places, and getting out and about when I can. Equally, I'm happy spending a quiet evening at home and value having time to recharge.

This will be my first time living independently, so I'm looking for somewhere friendly, respectful, and well looked after. I have a secure full-time job and am hoping to find a place where everyone gets along and enjoys a positive home environment.
