Student seeking room near unis - budget £600-650pm

Hi, I'm Seth, a 20-year-old student going into the third year of a Computer Science degree.

I'm looking for a room in a house or flat share in South Manchester (Longsight, Victoria Park, Fallowfield, or nearby) with a budget of around £600–650 per month including bills, though I'm open to paying a little more for the right place.

I'm available to move anytime between July and mid-September and am looking for a 9–12 month tenancy.

A bit about me: I'm responsible, clean, and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, climbing, and reading, and I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly household. I don't smoke, rarely have guests over, and I always do my part to keep shared spaces tidy. I sometimes keep slightly unusual hours because of study and personal projects, but I'm careful not to disturb others.

I'd ideally like to live with students or young professionals in their 20s or 30s.
