Couple looking for buddy up

Hi,

My partner and I are looking for 2-3 rooms (so we each have our own plus a study) and a buddy up for a 4th (possibly a fifth if it’s a bigger property?)

We are both trans non-binary (they/them for both), polyamorous, goofy and ridiculous. We love gaming, board games, being creative, etc. And cuddlepuddles, of course! We are also autistic, I’m disabled (powerchair user outside the home, crutches and a huddling inside!), partially deaf, etc.

We have a lovely cat called Maxi - he’s a very chill and affectionate old man. We intend to get a girl cat to keep him company (and is!) as he can’t get along with boys aha.

We can manage £2400-2600 pcm ourselves. I’m on benefits (Universal Credit, but with Limited Capacity for Work Related Activities and Housing elements, as well as PIP) - my income is stable as I’m medically retired.
