Hi, I’m Jack, 28, and I’m looking for a room to rent in East London or the surrounding areas.

I’m self-employed with a regular, provable income and I’m looking for a stable place to call home. I have a guarantor available if required and can move immediately.

My budget is between £700 and £1,000 per month, depending on the room and location.

I’m friendly, respectful and easy-going. I like a household where people are considerate and get along, but I’m equally happy keeping to myself and respecting other people’s space. I’m reliable with rent and bills and understand the importance of good communication when sharing a home.

Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and I love dogs, so I’m very happy living in a home with pets. I also enjoy gaming, technology and spending time with friends.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room and ideally a place where I can settle for the longer term rather than moving around frequently.
