Hi! I’m a 27 year old professional looking for a double room in a flat or house share, ideally around the Watford/St. Albans/Borehamwood area. Location-wise, my main priority is being within easy walking distance of a train station and I need a parking space for my car, whether that’s on or off-street.

I’m looking to move into a clean, relaxed home with down-to-earth people who enjoy a chilled environment and don't take themselves too seriously. I’m completely independent and respectful of people's space, but I’m always well up for a casual chat and a laugh in the evenings.

To give you an idea of my routine, I work full-time with fixed shift times, so my weekly schedule is very consistent and predictable. When I’m not at work, I tend to keep myself busy. I hit the gym about three/four days a week, and in my downtime, I’m usually going to the cinema or going for walks.
