Looking to Buddy Up/Find a Homeshare by july 1st

I'm currently looking for either a reliable buddy-up partner to rent a property together or a homeshare arrangement, ideally with a move-in date by 1st July.
I'm a friendly, respectful, and tidy person who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I'm easy to get along with, considerate of shared spaces, and looking to live with someone who is similarly responsible and reliable.
