3 Actuarial professions looking for long-term let

About Us:
Hi, myself (22) and my two friends Dáire (22) and Priya (21) are looking for a long-term three bed house starting late August / early September. We are also open to 4 bed properties and finding an additional roommate.

We are all from Ireland and starting graduate roles in insurance working in the City. We are all clean, reliable, and easygoing. We are currently in the process looking for a house in Zone 2 that is close to a tube station and with rent around £1,000 pm each. We are wanting to get this sorted ASAP🏡🏡

What we're Looking For:
Duration: Long-term only
Locations: Somewhere in Zone 2 with a straightforward commute to Liverpool Street or Bank.
Budget: Flexible depending on whether bills are included (approx. £2700–£3000 pcm).
Move-in Date: Move-in late August / early September.

The Essentials:
We all have our employment contract, deposit, first month's rent, and corporate references from previous roles completely ready to go.
