UU Student Looking for Room | Working Locally | Ju

Hi! I'm a 20-year-old Ulster University student looking for a room from 1 July in Portstewart, Portrush, or Coleraine.

I'm staying on the North Coast over the summer as I currently work in Portrush and have recently started a second casual job in Portstewart. Because of work, I'm looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay and would be happy living with students or young professionals.

I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I enjoy a friendly house atmosphere but I'm also considerate of other people's space and schedules. Most of my time will be spent working, seeing friends, or studying when needed.

My budget is around £500 per month, and I can provide a guarantor if required.

I'm ideally looking for a room from July onwards, but I'm flexible on the length of stay and would be happy to discuss different arrangements.
