Looking for central 2/3-bed share

Hi, I’m Davide. I’m relocating to London at the end of August for a finance role in the City and I’m looking for a clean, well-located flatshare with one other person.

My ideal setup would be a 2-bed flat, preferably 2-bath or with my own bathroom, in or around Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Barbican, Bloomsbury, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street or nearby areas. I’m aiming for around £1,400 pcm before bills, with some flexibility for the right place.

A bit about me:
I’m Italian and have lived/studied/worked across a few countries, including the US, Belgium and Italy. I speak Italian, English and Spanish, with some Portuguese and French. Outside work, I like travelling, football, good restaurants, wine/cocktail bars, jazz or live music, and generally exploring the city.

I’m tidy, respectful, easy to live with, and I like keeping shared spaces clean. I’m sociable and happy to have a chat, dinner or occasional drink together, but I also value privacy and a calm home environment during the week.

Ideally I’d like to live with another professional who is clean, considerate and looking for a proper home rather than just a room.
