September Flat share

Hi,

I’m looking for a room in a flatshare from September.

My preferred areas are Zones 1, 2 or 3 with good transport links into Central London. I’m looking for a clean, well-maintained home with 2–3 housemates rather than a larger house share.

I work full-time and occasionally work from home, so having space for a large desk/workstation is important. I’m tidy, considerate and appreciate a calm, friendly living environment where everyone respects shared spaces and privacy.

My budget is £1,100–£1,500 per month including bills.
