RGU MSc Student Looking for a House Share from Sep

Hiya, I'm Shehryar, 27, currently finishing my MSc at RGU and heading into the dissertation stage of my course. My accommodation contract ends in September, so I'm looking for a room and hoping to find somewhere comfortable to settle while I finish my degree and work out my next steps.

Most of my time is usually spent between uni work, job hunting, gaming, cooking, listening to music and occasionally convincing myself to get back into the gym. I'm pretty easy-going and tend to get along with most people. Happy to have a chat and be social, but I also appreciate having my own space and respecting other people's.

I smoke and I'm happy to follow whatever house rules are already in place. I'm not the type to cause drama, and I'd rather sort things out with a conversation than let small issues turn into big ones.

As for the kind of place I'm looking for, I'm fairly flexible. Students, professionals or a mix of both are all fine with me. I'm not looking for a completely silent house where everyone disappears into their room, but I'm also not looking for constant chaos. If people want to have a few drinks, watch something together, play games, cook, or just have a chat now and then, that's great. If everyone is doing their own thing, that's fine too.

At the end of the day, I'm mainly looking for decent people, a comfortable place to live, and an atmosphere where everyone respects each other's space and can get on like adults.
