Art student looking for friendly house

Hello! my name is Robin and I’m a 23 yr old student entering her third year at university looking for a friendly house share to move into for around September time. I’m studying illustration and have taken a gap year and now looking to move back into london for the beginning of term time. I love anything creative (from going to galleries to fun crafts) ,I love music and the pub, films, and am very open minded to all kinds of people :)
I don’t mind either a calm household or a more social one as I am a mix of both, sometimes I feel social but definitely also appreciates my alone time also. I have a long time partner also who is very friendly and I would like to have round once or twice a week, so I’m fine with guests.
I am tidy and respectful and also appreciate directness in communication between roommates.
I don’t mind whether the flat is student and or professional, just whether they’re open to students is the key thing of course.
I will be looking to move out around June-July 2027 as that will be the end of my degree.
My only deal breakers are whether there’s a washing machine, and also I do vape and occasionally smoke a cigarette or two (which of course I would only do outside)
