Female Looking for a double room

I’m a 29 year old female looking for a double room from 10 August, with a budget of up to £650 per month, including bills.

A little about me: I work part-time and I’m also a full-time student.
I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful, and I value a clean, tidy, and peaceful home environment. I’m considerate of others, always clean up after myself, and respect shared spaces and people’s privacy.

I have a busy schedule, soil I appreciate coming home to a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I’m looking to share with housemates who are friendly, respectful, and keep communal areas clean and tidy.

Location is important to me, and I’m looking for somewhere with good public transport links. Ideally, I’d like to be within around 40 minutes of Trafford Palazzo and 30 minutes or less from Deansgate by public transport.
