Finance girl from Prague, £1200, Clapham Junction

Hi! I’m Alena, 24, moving to London from Prague at the start of August for work. I’m in finance at a beer company and commuting to Woking, so I’m after a room around Clapham Junction with good links that way. WFH roughly twice a week, so a furnished room with a desk would be ideal.

Quick honesty: this is a 6-month contract, so I’m looking from 1 August through to end of January-ish. Happy to confirm exact dates.

Budget around £1200/month, a little flexible for the right place and people.

About me: tidy, easygoing and sociable. I love a pint or coffee after work, weekend hikes (big nature person), and a cosy night in with some trash TV (Love Island and Selling Sunset are weaknesses). Always up for a flatmate to hang out with rather than just share a fridge.
