Looking for a peaceful, safe accommodation to share with 1 female flatmate in a 2 bed 1/2 bath house in zone 1. Basic boundaries, mutual respect and privacy are the foundations for a good friendship. Open to socialising, but space and comfort are utmost priorities. Communication is key for a seamless experience for both of us. I believe drama is bad for skin so looking for a pleasant experience. :)
On a lighter note, I love eating out, cafe and bakery hopping, picnics, shopping, etc. I don’t smoke or drink or partake in any other substances. My only vice is I have too many clothes.
