Master’s Student seeking House Share

Hi, I’m a Master’s student at the University of Exeter, looking for a room or like-minded people to buddy up with for a flat or house share from July.

A little about me: I’m friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with. I enjoy maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment and appreciate a home that feels relaxed and welcoming. I’m sociable and enjoy good conversation, but I’m also considerate of personal space and quiet time.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy fitness, exploring new places, coffee, and spending time with friends. I’m responsible with rent and bills, take pride in keeping shared spaces clean, and believe good communication makes for the best house shares.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place close to Exeter city centre or with good transport links, though I’m flexible for the right property and housemates.
