Looking to a room to rent

I’ve recently split up with my girlfriend so I need somewhere to live when our tenancy is up.

I’d describe myself as quite extroverted with a bit of a community around Didsbury, Chorlton and Trafford. I’d ideally be wanting to make a new friend but I also respect that that’s not everyone’s idea and that you might want your own space.

As social as I like to be, I do see my home as a place for rest and relaxation due to a consuming job which means I’ll consistently be working early shifts, late shifts and weekends. As well as night shifts on occasion.

I try to stay in shape by going to the gym regularly and playing tennis, badminton, padel and rugby as often as I can… but not always as often as I’d like.

I’d be happy to go for a beer or a coffee before alongside a viewing to see if we get along :)
