We’re two friends, Kanishka & Ojal, looking for a room to rent together in London as our current tenancy is coming to an end.

• Both working part-time
• Clean, tidy, respectful and responsible tenants
• Friendly and easy to live with

📍 Preferred areas: Kilburn, Maida Vale, Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, West Hampstead, St John’s Wood, Swiss Cottage, Camden, Marylebone, and other Zone 1–2 areas.

💰 Budget: Up to £1,200 per month together (bills included preferred).
