27yo looking for a room in E or SE London

Heya! Friendly 27yo guy here looking for a room from around 15 August. Live in Deptford right now and would love to stay round those ways, but open to moving back East or somewhere North. Budget’s around £800-900pm before bills/council tax but can discuss. Open to buddy ups

Hoping to find a place with a warm homey kind of atmosphere. Basically where we respect each other’s personal space, but are more than just flatmates and up for doing all sorts together — hosting things, going pub, seeing gigs, hiking, chill nights in with a movie or just some good chat and a bevvy. I’m easy :) I’m quite clean and will put in that lil bit of effort to keep things tidy in communal spaces. And happy to live with anyone around my age (LGBTQ+ friendly etc), long as they don’t smoke inside the house

Bit about myself… I wfh most days doing research/policy work for an employment law charity. Outside of that I like to keep active (cycling, bouldering, footy), read (if you’re looking for a book club lmk), go see gigs and be out for a boogie (have some fave venues) and generally love trying all kinda new things. Can be sure to contribute with some cooking from time to time
