Friendly and Polite Housemate

I am a nice and friendly person. I maintain a clean and tidy environment, especially in shared/ common areas and am mindful to practice using all facilities in an approved tenant- like manner. I do not like conflict or drama and tend to lean towards politeness and courtesy so long as civility can be shown back.
