Looking for a Friendly House Share to Call Home

Hi,

I'm a 27-year-old communications professional looking for a room in London (up to Zone 4) with a budget of up to £1,000 per month, including bills if possible.

I'm hoping to move around 20th July and am ideally looking for a place I can call home long term.

A bit about me: I'm friendly, respectful and I enjoy a good balance between socialising and having my own space. I'm considerate of others, keep shared areas clean, and value a relaxed, comfortable home environment.

I work from home three days a week, so having a good atmosphere in the house is important to me. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at a gig, listening to music, catching up on a good series, or making the most of everything London has to offer.

I'm looking for a well-maintained home with like-minded housemates who are easy-going and enjoy living together. References and proof of income can be provided if required.
