Hi there,
I’m looking for a double room in Exeter, but I’m also open to East Devon or Crediton areas.
A bit about me:
I’m originally from the area and have two older teenage children (one at uni and one doing GCSEs). They live in Exeter and won’t be staying overnight, but I’d really like to be somewhere I can have them visit occasionally. They’re both very respectful and well-behaved.
Lifestyle & work:

I work away 2 days a week
Also out some evenings and weekends, so I’m often not home
Easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

Interests:

Cooking (I make a great BBQ!)
Music & comedy
Fishing
Sociable but also happy doing my own thing

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed household where people are considerate and easy to get along with.
