Looking for room/roomate

Hi everyone,

​I'm looking for a new place to call home as I'm making the move down to London from Manchester after spending the last 6 years there. I'm moving to start a new role and am aiming for late July / early August, though I'm pretty flexible on dates.

Location wise, I'd ideally like to be based in North or East London, and being close to a tube or overground station is important to me.

​I’ve got my own things going on, but I'm looking to make new friends and want a place that feels homely rather than awkward small talk. I do like my own space as well, but I really enjoy cooking and would love a social house/flat where we can occasionally share a meal, chat over a drink, and spend some time together.

I’ll be in the office 3–4 days a week, so you’d likely have the flat to yourself during the day.

​Hobbies wise, I'm big into keeping active and going to the gym. When I’m not working out, I love cooking, going out for a few drinks, or just spending a chill night on the sofa.

​Having lived in shares before, I will always respect the shared space, including keeping things tidy and clean.
