Need a flat or room

Hi, I’m a university student and part-time worker looking for a clean, affordable flat or a single and double room in a friendly and respectful household. My budget is around £700–£800 per month, and I’m looking for a room with access to a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. I am quiet, responsible, non-smoking. As a flatmate, you can expect me to pay rent on time, keep common areas tidy, and be easy to get along with. I can also help the owner with small tasks if needed.
