30 year old male

I am currently seeking a room to rent. I am only working 16 hours a week and while I am seeking full time work, I can still comfortably afford to pay £500 maximum for a place to rent as well as my groceries on top as I don’t have children, debts or any vehicle costs to worry about (provided that all bills are included). I have no health issues and no criminal record (I’m happy to provide a DBS). I don’t currently have photographic ID, although I can provide proof of national insurance number, a birth certificate and my current landlady (who is a verified user on here) is happy to provide a reference and I can also secure an employment reference too.
