Looking for a room to rent in Hove/ Brighton

Looking for a friendly house in Brighton, preferably toward Hove.

I've recently got full-time employment in the area and work in the games industry.

I've lived in two shared houses so far and have always appreciated houses where we each feel comfortable having little chats in the kitchen as well as having a few trips to the pub, as well as movie nights in, trips out etc. , whilst also being respectful of each others time to themselves (sometimes a day is tough and you don't want to talk to anyone :) ).
