LGBT household wanted

I’m looking for a buddy up or existing lgbt house share .
North London ideally Tufnell Park, Archway, Crouch End surrounds but not a deal breaker.
It’s possible that my move date could be earlier I’m waiting for landlord confirmation, will update here.
I have a senior cat who would love outside space.
I work hybrid so am home a few days a week and will need WiFi.
I’m easy going , calm and social but do like my own space. Definitely want a home rather than a place to crash, so a friendly vibe is preferred. I’ve lived in places where people are ships in the night, or say hi and bye in the kitchen but I’d prefer to hang out at times, watch crap tv, go to the pub maybe.

I’m an amateur musician, so I will practice at home and will frequently play music. If you don’t like music this isn’t the share for you.

Budget around £1200 all in max, for the right area/place.
