Seeking houseshare

I am looking for somewhere for 6-12 months, I work during the week and I also have family commitments throughout the week too. So I would mainly be at the property in the evenings. Most weekends i be would be away with family, I am a very easy-going, respectful person who loves to cook. I have had a number of previous private rental agreements so can provide references
