Looking for friendly flat to move in South East

Hi all,
Place: I unfortunately need to move out of my great place in New Cross Gate by July 16th, so am looking to find a room somewhere by this time, and would really like to stay South East, open to explore Peckham, Deptford and other areas.

What I'm looking for: I value a house that is friendly, and I can come home from work and have a chat with my flatmates, share a drink or some food (I'm happy to cook for others). So I'm looking for somewhere that people want to be friends with their flatmates rather than just flatmates. I enjoy having an easy going social atmosphere, and I'm someone who prefers hanging out in shared spaces to my room. I'm therefore looking for somewhere long term and who shares this vibe.

About me: I am 27 (turning 28 this month) and from Scotland, I've been in London just over a year now. I am a trainee lawyer (hoping to specialise into environmental/energy law). I work from the office usually three days a week and two days from home. Outside of work I also have quite a lot going on - i love going to gigs, charity shopping, seeing my friends, and working on creative projects (poetry/music/djing). I do enjoy hosting a dinner occasionally so a flat that is down for this/would like to join would be most ideal:)
