Hi,

I’m Ross, a 24-year-old professional relocating from Edinburgh to London after accepting a role in financial services based in Piccadilly from middle of July

I’m looking for either:

* A Sunday evening to Thursday/Friday morning weekday let, or
* A full-time room rental

I’m flexible on the length of stay and am ideally looking for a tidy, well-maintained flat in Putney, Fulham, Wandsworth, or Battersea.

A little about me:

* Full-time professional working in central London
* Non-smoker
* Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Easy-going and sociable and considerate.
- Keen on sports with interests including football, golf and skiing but always willing to try something new
- Enjoy keeping active, exploring London and spending time with friends

- Looking for a comfortable base as I settle into London

I will always be out during the day for work and am looking for a relaxed household with considerate housemates or a live-in landlord.

My budget is up to £1000 per month including bills, dependent on the room and location.
