Looking for a house share

Hi,
I'm Jo, a 29-year-old English teacher looking for a place to live with my two cats.
I'm looking for a double room with ground floor access so I could let the cats go outside.
My ideal living situation would be a house-share with sociable, warm people who I can get on with. I'm out and about a lot of the time: doing sports, seeing friends, trying out different restaurants, and would like to come home to a chill environment where we can have a natter and relax either together or on our own.
I'd describe myself as tidy - I do my best to have a home that's nice to look at and be in. My cats don't get in the way of that; they're mostly relaxed and reasonable boys.
A potential flatmate could expect: plenty of opportunities to do stuff together but no obligation to do so.
